First day at work on Brucity project

18 July 2018

Former Parking 58, that is being demolished at this moment, will make way for the new Administrative Centre of the City of Brussels: a project of 37 000 m² offices and an underground car park of about 550 cars on 4 levels, with an eye on sustainable development.

Since this morning, Franki Foundations has started preparatory work of nailing, to secure the existing surrounding wall.

A second phase will start in September with the realisation of 400 linear meter of diaphragm wall, divided into 50 panels, which will form the walls of the future car park.

Finally, in early 2019, we will finish with the execution of two levels of anchors, for a total of 250 anchors of 1000 kN, reinforcing the previously realized walls.

We want to thank AG Real Estate for entrusting us with the foundations work of this new emblematic project!
