Training Week

This year, we are introducing our Training Week for the first time: an intensive week of training designed to familiarize new employees with our foundation techniques and prepare them to work safely and confidently on site.

What’s on the agenda:

Introductions and sharing expectations: understanding our culture and values on site.
Safety, health, environment, and quality requirements: ensuring everyone’s well-being.
Theory on foundation techniques 🏗️: building the necessary technical knowledge.
Practical demonstrations of machine risks ⚠️: learning to anticipate and prevent accidents.
Site visit: experiencing real-life conditions and best practices.
Familiarization with equipment and materials: site containers, lifting equipment, drilling tools, blowtorches, concrete pumps, angle grinders…
