Foundation works for the iconic project: Triangle Paris

A major construction site in Paris’s 15th arrondissement, Triangle rises higher every week and is already beginning to reshape the city’s skyline.

Strategic Contribution

In March 2022, Atlas Fondations, the French subsidiary of Franki Foundations, has mobilized its teams to carry out the foundation works for this exceptional skyscraper. In partnership with SPIE Batignolles Fondations, and acting as a subcontractor to BESIX, Atlas laid the groundwork for what will soon become a new architectural reference in Paris.

Advanced Techniques

Despite the challenges of a dense urban setting, the works were executed with precision and efficiency, and successfully completed in spring 2023. To ensure the building’s stability, several specialized techniques were implemented:

Diaphragm walls
Barrettes
Anchoring ties
Parisian wall (standard and under height constraints)
Sealing injections

These solutions addressed the site’s constraints while ensuring long-term structural integrity.

An XXL Project with Multiple Functions

With a €700 million investment and 91,000 m² of floor space, Triangle will host:

70,000 m² of offices and coworking spaces
3,500 m² of outdoor terraces
A hotel, daycare, health center, cultural hub
Retail spaces, fitness area, and a viewing platform
