10 months and 7 machines .. huge project in Kortrijk/Courtrai for the foundations of this 34 000 m² shopping mall.

Shopping in the heart of the city

This modern and urban shopping mall, open since 2010, offers 85 shops and brands of mode, living style, restaurants and much more. Situated in the middle of the city, close to the pedestrian area, it also provides more than 1500 parking spots for cars and bikes as well as 80 housings.

In order to shortened the construction time, one the solution was to build higher and deeper at the same time. Which was made possible thanks to our realization of barrettes.
